Attorney Strausbaugh was born and raised in Hanover, Pennsylvania. After graduating from York College of Pennsylvania and Widener University Commonwealth Law School, he worked as an insurance fraud investigator for ten years. It was during this time that he developed his interest in law and litigation while assisting various U.S. Attorneys with the prosecution of insurance fraud cases. He attended Widener University School of Law and served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Oscar Spicer at the Adams County Court of Common Pleas. He has been in practice for nearly two decades handling a variety of general practice matters.

Torren C. Ecker, Esquire is engaged in the general practice of law with a special interest in commercial, collection and estate and trust matters. A graduate of Spring Grove High School, Torren obtained his undergraduate degree from George Mason University in 2008. He received his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2011. In 2018, Attorney Ecker won the election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and currently serves as the State Representative for the 193rd Legislative District. Torren currently serves on the Game and Fisheries, Judiciary, Labor and Industry, and Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness committees in Harrisburg.

Attorney Blazek moved to Pennsylvania from Wisconsin as a child. She graduated from Penn State University and entered the field of social work as a caseworker for York County Children & Youth Services. That experience developed in her a strong interest in the law and fueled her desire to do more for children and families in her community.
She attended and graduated from Widener University School of Law, earning 1st place in the Hugh B. Pearce Trial Advocacy competition along the way. She then began her legal career working for the Adams County Court of Common Pleas as Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert G. Bigham.
Attorney Blazek then spent over a decade as an Assistant District Attorney in York and Adams Counties, gaining experience and proficiency in the areas of vehicular crime and crimes of interpersonal violence. She prosecuted thousands of cases, ranging from summary offenses to homicides.
Attorney Blazek was also an associate attorney for a law firm in York, PA and Solicitor for Adams County Children & Youth Services before joining Strausbaugh Law, where she represents clients in a variety of legal matters.
Justin D. Shickman
Justin Shickman was raised in Taneytown, Maryland. After graduating from Swarthmore College, he worked for a financial services company providing life insurance and investments.
He attended law school at Temple University, where he was a staff editor of the Temple Law Review and graduated with honors. He then began his legal career working for a Philadelphia-based firm representing insurance carriers and other institutions in civil litigation.
Attorney Shickman then spent over two years working as an Assistant District Attorney in Blair County Pennsylvania. Here he was responsible for prosecuting hundreds of cases, ranging from violations of the vehicle code to serious felonies, from inception through trial and appeal.
Attorney Shickman now represents clients in a variety of matters, with a focus on criminal defense. He looks forward to helping individuals accused of crimes in Adams and York County protect their rights.

Attorney Sipe was born and raised in Middletown, Pennsylvania. She attended King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where she graduated summa cum laude with a double major in biology and neuroscience. During law school, she completed an externship with Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice J. Michael Eakin. After graduating from Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law, she served as a law clerk in Cumberland County for the Honorable Thomas A. Placey. After her clerkship, Attorney Sipe worked for MidPenn Legal Services for over a decade, both as a staff attorney and a managing attorney, handling a wide variety of cases for low-income individuals and survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence. Attorney Sipe resides in Adams County with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Attorney Sipe now represents clients in a variety of matters and looks forward to providing high quality legal services to members of her community.
